Stoke Crew 개인정보처리방침
Stoke Crew(“서비스”, https://stokecrew.web.app 및 Stoke Crew 앱)는 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다룹니다. 본 방침은 무엇을 수집하고, 왜 수집하며, 어떻게 보관·보호하는지 설명합니다. Stoke Crew는 광고를 게재하지 않으며, 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다.
1. 수집하는 정보

위치정보, 연락처, 광고 식별자는 수집하지 않습니다.
- 눈바디(신체 변화) 사진은 이용자 기기에만 저장됩니다. 서버로 전송·수집되지 않으며, 가족·그룹에도 공유되지 않습니다.
- 음성 입력(받아쓰기)은 브라우저·기기에 내장된 음성 인식 기능을 사용하며, 당사는 음성 데이터를 수집·저장하지 않습니다.
2. 이용 목적
- 루틴 관리·기록·통계 등 서비스 핵심 기능 제공
- 가족·크루 구성원 간 공유 기능 제공 (이용자가 초대·가입한 그룹 내에서만)
- 구독 관리 및 결제 처리
- AI 기능(할일 추천·리포트) 제공 — 프리미엄 이용자가 기능을 사용할 때만
- 주간/월간 이메일 리포트 발송 (설정에서 끌 수 있음)
- 서비스 안정성·보안 유지
3. 보관 기간
- 일별 상세 기록(완료 내역·인증 로그·공부 기록 등)의 클라우드 보관: 최근 30일 (이후 자동 정리, 기기 내 보관은 이용자 관리)
- 계정·할일 목록 등 기본 데이터: 계정 유지 기간 동안
- 계정 삭제 시: 클라우드 데이터 삭제 (앱 내 설정 > 데이터 관리, 또는 이메일 요청)
4. 제3자 제공 및 처리 위탁
당사는 서비스 운영에 필요한 범위에서 아래 서비스 제공자에게 처리를 위탁합니다. 개인정보를 광고 목적으로 제3자에게 제공·판매하지 않습니다.

5. Google 계정 연동 데이터 (선택 기능)
아래 기능은 이용자가 직접 연결(동의)할 때만 Google 계정 데이터에 접근하며, 언제든 Google 계정 설정에서 접근 권한을 해제할 수 있습니다.

Apple 미리알림 가져오기 (iOS, 선택 기능)
iOS에서 이용자가 ‘미리알림 가져오기’를 직접 실행할 때만 기기의 미리알림 앱에 접근(시스템 권한 동의 필요)하여, 이용자가 선택한 항목을 Stoke Crew 할일로 복사합니다. 미리알림 원본은 수정·삭제하지 않으며, 미리알림 데이터를 당사 서버로 별도 전송·수집하지 않습니다(복사된 할일은 다른 할일과 동일하게 계정에 저장). 접근 권한은 iOS 설정에서 언제든 해제할 수 있습니다.
Stoke Crew가 Google API로부터 받은 정보의 사용 및 다른 앱으로의 이전은 Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책(제한적 사용 요건 포함)을 준수합니다. Google 데이터를 광고에 사용하거나 제3자에게 판매·이전하지 않습니다.
6. 아동의 개인정보 (13세 미만)
- 13세 미만 아동은 자체 계정을 만들 수 없습니다 (만 15세 미만 단독 가입 차단). 어린 자녀는 부모 계정 안의 “자녀 프로필”로만 이용할 수 있으며, 프로필 생성·관리 권한은 부모에게 있습니다.
- 자녀 프로필을 통해 수집될 수 있는 정보: 프로필 이름(별명 가능)·출생연도, 할일·완료 기록, 메모, 인증 사진, 가족 그룹 내 메시지
- 수집 전 부모의 동의를 받으며, 아동의 정보는 서비스 제공 목적으로만 사용됩니다. 아동에게 광고를 보여주지 않으며, 아동의 정보를 판매하지 않습니다.
- 부모의 권리: 자녀 정보의 열람, 삭제, 추가 수집 거부를 언제든 요청할 수 있습니다 — 앱 내 (설정 > 데이터 관리)에서 직접 삭제하거나 gokmommy@gmail.com으로 요청하세요. 요청 시 지체 없이 처리합니다.
- 서비스 이용에 합리적으로 필요한 수준을 넘는 정보 제공을 참여 조건으로 요구하지 않습니다.
7. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 자신의 정보에 대한 열람·수정·삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 앱 내 설정에서 대부분 직접 처리할 수 있으며, 이메일로도 요청할 수 있습니다.
8. 보안
데이터는 전송·저장 시 암호화되며, 접근 규칙(부모/자녀 역할 기반)으로 보호됩니다. 결제수단 정보는 당사 서버에 저장되지 않습니다.
9. 방침의 변경
중요한 변경이 있는 경우 앱 공지 또는 이메일로 알립니다. 아동 정보의 수집·이용 방식에 중대한 변경이 있는 경우 부모에게 다시 동의를 받습니다.
Stoke Crew Privacy Policy (English)
Stoke Crew (“the Service”, https://stokecrew.web.app and the Stoke Crew app) respects your privacy. We show no ads and never sell personal information.
1. Information we collect
- Account: with Google sign-in — your name, email, profile photo, and account identifier; with Apple sign-in — your account identifier, email (you may choose Apple’s private “Hide My Email” relay address), and name (provided only on first sign-in)
- Content you enter: tasks/routines, completion records, mood, notes, verification photos, family/crew group activity (chat, cheers, challenges), coupon/reward records, profile names and birth year
- Workout & body records: workout session logs (machines, sets, duration) and optionally entered body weight
- Subscription: subscription status and product info. Card numbers are handled by our payment processors and never stored by us.
We do not collect location, contacts, or advertising identifiers. Body-check photos are stored only on your device — never uploaded to our servers or shared with your group. Voice dictation uses your browser/device’s built-in speech recognition; we do not collect or store audio.
2. How we use it
To provide core routine features, sharing within groups you join, subscription management, AI features (only when a premium user invokes them), optional email reports, and service security.
3. Retention
Detailed daily records (completions, verification logs, study records) are kept in the cloud for the most recent 30 days and then automatically pruned. Account-level data is kept while your account exists. You can delete your data in Settings > Data Management or by emailing us.
4. Service providers
Google Firebase (auth, storage, hosting, server functions), RevenueCat (subscription state), Stripe / app stores (payments), Google Gemini API (AI text processing — paid API not used for model training), Resend (email reports). We never share or sell personal information for advertising.
5. Google user data (optional integrations)
The following features access your Google account data only when you explicitly connect them, and you can revoke access at any time in your Google account settings: Drive backup (drive.file scope — access only to backup files the app itself creates), family schedule view (read-only calendar access, displayed in-app only and never stored on our servers), and Google Tasks import (read-only, copied into your task list when you run an import).
Apple Reminders import (iOS, optional): only when you explicitly run “Import from Reminders” (with the iOS system permission), the app reads your device’s Reminders and copies the items you select into Stoke Crew tasks. We never modify or delete the original reminders, and we do not separately transmit or collect your Reminders data on our servers (copied tasks are stored like any other task). You can revoke access anytime in iOS Settings.
Stoke Crew’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We never use Google user data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
6. Children’s privacy (under 13)
- Children under 13 cannot create their own account (standalone sign-up requires age 15+). Young children use the Service only through a “child profile” inside a parent’s account, created and managed by the parent.
- Information that may be collected via a child profile: profile name (nickname allowed), birth year, tasks and completion records, notes, verification photos, and messages within the family group.
- We obtain parental consent before collection, use children’s information only to provide the Service, show children no advertising, and never sell their information.
- Parental rights: parents may review, delete, or refuse further collection of their child’s information at any time — directly in the app (Settings > Data Management) or by emailing gokmommy@gmail.com.
- We do not condition participation on providing more information than reasonably necessary.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest and protected by role-based access rules. We will notify you of material changes to this policy, and re-obtain parental consent for material changes to children’s data practices.
