Stoke Crew(“서비스”, https://stokecrew.web.app 및 Stoke Crew 앱)는 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다룹니다. 본 방침은 무엇을 수집하고, 왜 수집하며, 어떻게 보관·보호하는지 설명합니다. Stoke Crew는 광고를 게재하지 않으며, 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다.

1. 수집하는 정보

위치정보, 연락처, 광고 식별자는 수집하지 않습니다.

눈바디(신체 변화) 사진은 이용자 기기에만 저장됩니다. 서버로 전송·수집되지 않으며, 가족·그룹에도 공유되지 않습니다.
음성 입력(받아쓰기)은 브라우저·기기에 내장된 음성 인식 기능을 사용하며, 당사는 음성 데이터를 수집·저장하지 않습니다.

2. 이용 목적

3. 보관 기간

일별 상세 기록(완료 내역·인증 로그·공부 기록 등)의 클라우드 보관: 최대 60일 (이후 자동 정리, 기기 내 보관은 이용자 관리)
숙제·시험·수행평가 첨부 파일(PDF·이미지): 업로드 후 60일이 지나면 시험일·마감일과 관계없이 자동 삭제 (링크는 할일 데이터와 함께 보관). 시험이 60일 넘게 남았다면 자료는 시험 전에 다시 첨부해 주세요
기능 사용 횟수(이용 분석): 최대 60일 보관 후 매일 도는 서버 작업으로 자동 삭제
집중 상태: 타이머가 끝나거나 공유를 끄면 표시 정보 삭제

4. 정보의 공유·제3자 제공 및 처리 위탁

당사는 개인정보를 판매하거나 광고 목적으로 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 이용자의 정보는 이용자가 직접 만들거나 가입·초대한 가족·크루 안에서만 아래 4-1처럼 공유되며, 서비스 운영에 필요한 범위에서 아래 서비스 제공자에게 처리를 위탁합니다.

4-1. 가족·크루 안에서의 공유 (응원 멤버·집중 상태)

가족 그룹: 부모·자녀 등 가족 구성원은 서로의 할일·완료 기록·인증 사진·숙제·시험·수행평가 자료·가족 피드·채팅을 역할(부모/자녀)에 따라 볼 수 있습니다.
응원 멤버: 가족 리더(부모)는 응원 멤버 코드로 조부모 등 성인을 ‘응원 멤버’로 초대할 수 있습니다. 응원 멤버가 볼 수 있는 것은 아이들의 오늘 진행 개수, 연속 기록(스트릭), 집중 중인지 여부(과목명), 가족 사진 피드와 응원이며, 응원 한마디·리액션을 보낼 수 있습니다. 응원 멤버는 채팅, 할일 목록, 용돈·쿠폰, 이메일·출생연도 등 개인 계정 정보를 볼 수 없습니다. 가족 리더는 언제든 응원 멤버를 내보낼 수 있습니다.
집중 상태 공유: 타이머가 켜져 있는 동안 과목명과 시작 시각이 이용자의 크루·가족(응원 멤버 포함)에게 ‘집중 중’으로 표시됩니다. 크루 화면에서 끌 수 있으며, 자녀 계정은 기본으로 꺼져 있습니다.
크루: 이용자가 가입한 크루의 구성원에게는 닉네임, 크루 챌린지·응원·채팅, 집중 상태(켠 경우)가 보입니다.

5. Google 계정 연동 데이터 (선택 기능)

아래 기능은 이용자가 직접 연결(동의)할 때만 Google 계정 데이터에 접근하며, 언제든 Google 계정 설정에서 접근 권한을 해제할 수 있습니다.

Apple 미리알림 가져오기 (iOS, 선택 기능)

iOS에서 이용자가 ‘미리알림 가져오기’를 직접 실행할 때만 기기의 미리알림 앱에 접근(시스템 권한 동의 필요)하여, 이용자가 선택한 항목을 Stoke Crew 할일로 복사합니다. 미리알림 원본은 수정·삭제하지 않으며, 미리알림 데이터를 당사 서버로 별도 전송·수집하지 않습니다(복사된 할일은 다른 할일과 동일하게 계정에 저장). 접근 권한은 iOS 설정에서 언제든 해제할 수 있습니다.

Stoke Crew가 Google API로부터 받은 정보의 사용 및 다른 앱으로의 이전은 Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책(제한적 사용 요건 포함)을 준수합니다. Google 데이터를 광고에 사용하거나 제3자에게 판매·이전하지 않습니다.

6. 아동의 개인정보 (13세 미만 · 한국 만 14세 미만)

13세 미만 아동은 자체 계정을 만들 수 없습니다 (만 15세 미만 단독 가입 차단). 어린 자녀는 부모 계정 안의 “자녀 프로필”로만 이용할 수 있으며, 프로필 생성·관리 권한은 부모에게 있습니다.
한국에서는 「개인정보 보호법」에 따라 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 처리하려면 법정대리인(부모)의 동의가 필요하며, 당사는 자녀 프로필을 만들기 전에 법정대리인의 동의를 받고 확인합니다. 미국 COPPA의 13세 미만 부모 동의 요건도 같은 절차로 충족합니다.
자녀 프로필을 통해 수집될 수 있는 정보: 프로필 이름(별명 가능)·출생연도, 할일·완료 기록, 메모, 인증 사진, 숙제·시험·수행평가 첨부 자료(PDF·이미지 파일, 링크), 집중 상태(과목명·시작 시각, 공유를 켠 경우), 가족 그룹 내 메시지
자녀의 정보는 가족 구성원에게 보이며, 가족 리더가 초대한 응원 멤버에게는 오늘 진행 개수·연속 기록·집중 중 여부(과목명)·가족 사진 피드만 보입니다(4-1). 응원 멤버는 자녀의 채팅·할일 목록·용돈·개인 계정 정보를 볼 수 없습니다.
수집 전 부모의 동의를 받으며, 아동의 정보는 서비스 제공 목적으로만 사용됩니다. 아동에게 광고를 보여주지 않으며, 아동의 정보를 판매하지 않습니다.
부모의 권리: 자녀 정보의 열람, 삭제, 추가 수집 거부를 언제든 요청할 수 있습니다 — 앱 내 (설정 > 데이터 관리)에서 직접 삭제하거나 gokmommy@gmail.com으로 요청하세요. 요청 시 지체 없이 처리합니다.
서비스 이용에 합리적으로 필요한 수준을 넘는 정보 제공을 참여 조건으로 요구하지 않습니다.

7. 이용자의 권리

이용자는 자신의 정보에 대한 열람·수정·삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 앱 내 설정에서 대부분 직접 처리할 수 있으며, 이메일로도 요청할 수 있습니다.

8. 보안

데이터는 전송·저장 시 암호화되며, 접근 규칙(부모/자녀 역할 기반)으로 보호됩니다. 결제수단 정보는 당사 서버에 저장되지 않습니다.

9. 방침의 변경

중요한 변경이 있는 경우 앱 공지 또는 이메일로 알립니다. 방침 버전이 바뀌면 앱을 열 때 동의 화면이 한 번 다시 표시되며, 아동 정보의 수집·이용 방식에 중대한 변경이 있는 경우 부모(계정 주인)에게 다시 동의를 받습니다.

Stoke Crew (“the Service”, https://stokecrew.web.app and the Stoke Crew app) respects your privacy. We show no ads and never sell personal information.

1. Information we collect

Account: with Google sign-in — your name, email, profile photo, and account identifier; with Apple sign-in — your account identifier, email (you may choose Apple’s private “Hide My Email” relay address), and name (provided only on first sign-in)
Content you enter: tasks/routines, completion records, mood, notes, verification photos, family/crew group activity (chat, cheers, challenges), coupon/reward records, profile names and birth year
Study goals & preferences (optional): grade/level, daily available time, weak subjects, per-subject strategy notes, and yearly goals that you enter under “Info for AI” in Settings
Workout & body records: workout session logs (machines, sets, duration) and optionally entered body weight
Subscription: subscription status and product info. Card numbers are handled by our payment processors and never stored by us.
Device & notifications: a push notification token (a device identifier used only to deliver notifications; readable by no one but you) and your notification preferences — stored when you sign in on a device that allows notifications, removed from that device on sign-out
Diagnostics & usage counts: when the app crashes, the error details, device model, OS and app version (no name, email or other identifying data); and how many times features are used (e.g. “12 tasks completed” — never task titles or message text). Crash reports are processed by Sentry. Usage counts are never visible to other users; the operator reviews them only to improve the Service (analytics on which features are used), and they are kept for 60 days and then deleted by a daily server job.
Homework, test & performance-assessment materials (only when you attach them): PDF or image files (up to 10 MB each) and links (e.g. YouTube URLs) attached to a task marked as homework, a test or a performance assessment. They are shown with the task to members of your family group (not to supporters); files open via a unique URL, so please do not attach documents containing sensitive personal information. No AI reads or analyzes these files.
Focus status: while a timer (focus/Pomodoro) is running, the subject name and start time are shown as “focusing” to your crew and family (including supporters) and cleared when the timer ends. You can turn this off in the crew screen; it is off by default for children’s accounts.
Supporter information: when an adult (e.g. a grandparent) joins a family with a supporter code sent by the family leader — their account information (as above) and the cheers and reactions they send.

We do not collect location, contacts, or advertising identifiers. Body-check photos are stored only on your device — never uploaded to our servers or shared with your group. Voice dictation uses your browser/device’s built-in speech recognition; we do not collect or store audio.

2. How we use it

To provide core routine features, sharing within groups you join (including showing homework, test and performance-assessment files and links to your family), focus-status sharing with your crew and family, the supporter feature (letting supporters invited by the family leader see children’s progress and send cheers), subscription management, AI features (only when a premium user invokes them), optional email reports, analytics to improve the Service (feature-usage counts only, no content), and service security.

3. Retention

Detailed daily records (completions, verification logs, study records) are kept in the cloud for up to 60 days and then automatically pruned. Homework, test and performance-assessment attachment files (PDF/images) are automatically deleted 60 days after upload, regardless of the test or due date (links are kept with the task) — if a test is more than 60 days away, please re-attach materials closer to the date. Feature-usage counts are kept for up to 60 days and deleted by a daily server job. Focus status is cleared when the timer ends or sharing is turned off. Account-level data is kept while your account exists. When you delete your account, your cloud data — including verification photos and homework files — is deleted. You can delete your data in Settings > Data Management or by emailing us.

4. Sharing, third parties & service providers

We never sell personal information or provide it to third parties for advertising. Your information is shared only within the family and crews you create, join or invite people to, as described below, and processed by the service providers listed after it.

Family group: family members (parents, children) can see each other’s tasks, completion records, verification photos, homework/test/performance-assessment materials, family feed and chat according to their role.
Supporters: the family leader (parent) can invite adults such as grandparents as “supporters” with a supporter code. Supporters can see children’s daily progress counts, streaks, whether they are focusing (subject name), and the family photo feed and cheers, and can send cheers and reactions. Supporters cannot see chat, task lists, allowance/coupons, or personal account data such as email or birth year. The family leader can remove a supporter at any time.
Focus status: while a timer runs, the subject name and start time are shown to your crew and family (including supporters). You can turn this off in the crew screen; it is off by default for children’s accounts.
Crews: members of crews you join can see your nickname, crew challenges, cheers and chat, and your focus status (if on).

Service providers: Google Firebase (auth, storage, hosting, server functions), RevenueCat (subscription state), Stripe / app stores (payments), Google Gemini API (AI text processing — for task suggestions: your request text and existing task titles; for AI reports: usage summaries (completions, study time by subject, focus time blocks, etc.) and the study goals/preferences you entered. Profile names and nicknames are automatically removed before sending; please do not type names of people or schools into free-text fields. Google Tasks/Calendar data and homework attachments (files and links) are never sent. Paid API not used for model training), Resend (email reports), Sentry (crash reports — error details, device model, OS and app version only; no identifying data). We never share or sell personal information for advertising.

5. Google user data (optional integrations)

The following features access your Google account data only when you explicitly connect them, and you can revoke access at any time in your Google account settings: Drive backup (drive.file scope — access only to backup files the app itself creates), family schedule view (read-only calendar access, displayed in-app; only if a parent explicitly chooses to share with a child, the title and time of today’s and tomorrow’s events are stored for family sharing and replaced on the next refresh — otherwise never stored on our servers), and Google Tasks import (read-only, copied into your task list when you run an import).

Apple Reminders import (iOS, optional): only when you explicitly run “Import from Reminders” (with the iOS system permission), the app reads your device’s Reminders and copies the items you select into Stoke Crew tasks. We never modify or delete the original reminders, and we do not separately transmit or collect your Reminders data on our servers (copied tasks are stored like any other task). You can revoke access anytime in iOS Settings.

Stoke Crew’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We never use Google user data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

6. Children’s privacy (under 13 · under 14 in Korea)

Children under 13 cannot create their own account (standalone sign-up requires age 15+). Young children use the Service only through a “child profile” inside a parent’s account, created and managed by the parent.
Under Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act, processing personal information of children under 14 requires consent from a legal guardian (parent); we obtain and verify the guardian’s consent before a child profile is created. The same process satisfies the U.S. COPPA parental-consent requirement for children under 13.
Information that may be collected via a child profile: profile name (nickname allowed), birth year, tasks and completion records, notes, verification photos, homework/test/performance-assessment attachments (PDF/image files and links), focus status (subject name and start time, if sharing is on), and messages within the family group.
A child’s information is visible to family members; supporters invited by the family leader see only daily progress counts, streaks, whether the child is focusing (subject name) and the family photo feed (see §4). Supporters cannot see the child’s chat, task list, allowance or personal account data.
We obtain parental consent before collection, use children’s information only to provide the Service, show children no advertising, and never sell their information.
Parental rights: parents may review, delete, or refuse further collection of their child’s information at any time — directly in the app (Settings > Data Management) or by emailing gokmommy@gmail.com.
We do not condition participation on providing more information than reasonably necessary.

7. Your rights · 8. Security · 9. Changes

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest and protected by role-based access rules. We will notify you of material changes to this policy. When the policy version changes, the consent screen is shown once more when you open the app, and we re-obtain parental (account owner) consent for material changes to children’s data practices.
